Question 1

Do you provide IT services near me on Staten Island?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I-Net Computer Solutions serves small and mid-sized businesses across Staten Island, NY, and also covers Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Long Island and New Jersey — both remotely and on site.

Question 2

Are you a local IT company or a national provider?

Accepted Answer

We are local. I-Net has operated on Staten Island since 1998, and the technicians who support your business are the same people each time — not a rotating national help desk.

Question 3

Do you come on site, or is support remote only?

Accepted Answer

Both. Many issues are resolved remotely, which is faster for you. When the work is physical — hardware, cabling, servers, network equipment — a technician comes to your location.

Question 4

What do your IT services cover?

Accepted Answer

Office network installation and management, server installation and support, computer and device support, software installation, cybersecurity and data protection, IT consulting, VoIP phone systems, security cameras and enterprise networking. Most businesses use several of these under one plan.

Question 5

Do you offer an IT help desk for our staff?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your team gets a help desk to call or email for everyday problems, and many issues are resolved remotely without a site visit. Hands-on work is handled on site.

Question 6

Do you take over IT support if we are switching providers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We review what your previous provider left in place, document it, and transition you smoothly — no rip-and-replace unless something is genuinely failing or insecure.

Question 7

Do you offer one-time fixes or only ongoing support?

Accepted Answer

Both. We handle one-time projects and repairs, and we offer ongoing managed IT support scaled to what your business actually needs.

Question 8

Do you work with small businesses, or only larger companies?

Accepted Answer

Small businesses are the core of what we do. Plans are flat-rate and sized to small and mid-sized companies, and a no-cost assessment comes first so you know what you actually need.

Question 9

What areas of Staten Island do you cover?

Accepted Answer

The whole borough — from St. George and Tompkinsville in the north through New Springville and New Dorp to Great Kills, Annadale and Tottenville in the south. We also work across Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Long Island and New Jersey.
